Bright and spacioius!

Very nice, safe property, close to beach and nice restaurants. 10 minute walk to train station. Clean. Comfortable beds.

Excellent location

Had lots of light, centrally located close to shops, restaurants and the beach. 15 minute walk to the train station. Had everything needed. Did not get to meet Lorella but Cristina took care of me. Very peaceful just what I needed. I would rented again, thank you Lorella and Cristina.

Well located spacious appartement for 4 persons

Friendly communication and reception. Easy check-in and -out. Good lay-out of the flat. Two bathrooms, one with shower. Very useful garage box in underground garage. Appartement accessible by elevator, but several steps at the entrance to the house. Floor in the appartement was not well cleaned (e.g. hairs in the bathroom), but otherwise the place was tidy. Kitchen well equipped. Ladder spokes to the bunk bed quite narrow, therefore uncomfortable for grown-ups. Bunk beds big enough for adults. All external holidays essentials within a short walk's reach: Supermarket, cafes, bars, gelaterias, restaurants, cinema, beach. Train noise topic: You can undoubtedly hear the trains, but it did not disturb our sleep.

Schöne großzügige Wohnung mit toller Lage. Abschließbarer Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Da die Zugverbindungen hervorragend sind, haben wir das Auto garnicht benutzt.

Pas de climatisation à 35 degrés

La description de l’appartement contenue dans l’annonce est globalement conforme. Moneglia est une ville très bien située et agréable. Par contre, la climatisation de l’appartement est obsolète : elle ventile mais ne rafraichit pas. L’appartement a besoin de la climatisation malgré ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce, surtout à 35 degrés en plein été ! Une seule télécommande pour 3 climatiseurs est aussi difficile à comprendre. Nous avons eu un souci de pile sur la seule télécommande de la climatisation et Christina devait s’en occuper. Nous attendons toujours... Nous avons donc acheté et changé nous même les piles. Nous avons senti un désintérêt profond de Christina et de la propriétaire.

Delizioso e comodissimo appartamento

L'appartamentino è situato in uno stabile circondato da un giardino privato, il mare è a due minuti a piedi come pure tutti i servizi del centro di Moneglia. Abbiamo trovato ogni comodità e il soggiorno è stato perfetto grazie a ciò, di sicuro se ne avremo l'occasione torneremo!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ruhiger beschaulichen Ort

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zur Einkaufsstraße. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind keine 5min. entfernt. Dir Wohnung hat zwei abgetrennte Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder (aber eine vorgelagerte Dusche). Sie ist gut eingerichtet. Auch der Aufzug war ein Kriterium für ältere Semester. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Der Ort ist an sich sehr ruhig. Die nahegelegene Bahnlinie ist allerdings auf dem kurzen Brückenabschnitt außerhalb der Tunnel v.a. nachts recht laut. Was ein bisschen fehlt ist ein Balkon und die Nordausrichtung ist Geschmackssache.

Bella esperienza

La casa è dotata di tutti i confort, arredata con cura, è vicinissima al mare e al centro di Moneglia, ha un giardino piantumato molto gradevole, Wi-Fi ed un garage che per la Liguria è fondamentale. La ferrovia vicina non da fastidio, a parte qualche treno la casa è silenziosa. Lorella è stata molto gentile, premurosa e attenta. Sicuramente torneremo.

Appartement très agréable, fonctionnel et très propre dans lequel il ne manquait rien. La résidence est Très bien située proche de la plage, du centre ville et de la gare. Le garage est vraiment pratique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour . Merci Lorella et Cristina.

Nice apartment close to the beach.

The apartment is very nice and has everything that's necessary. It's located at the border of the center of Moneglia and it's close to the beach. We had a very good time there and can recommend the apartment.

Magic in Moneglia

This was the second time we’ve rented this lovely, comfortable property. It’s perfectly located for walking to the many charming restaurants and cafes. The apartment is well equipped and has very comfortable beds. Lorella is a wonderful host, and Cristina was very helpful upon our arrival. We look forward to returning to our Ligurian home away from home.

Third year we spent our easter holidays in this nice apartment. It is well equipped with modern and stylish furniture, very clean and light. With two separate bed- and bathrooms, a garage for the car and a close distance to town and beach I can really recommend this flat.
