「This is a very unique medieval castle and the rooms we stayed in were full of amazing character, beautiful architecture and stylish furniture. The staff were amazing, so warm and welcoming, I could not rate them more highly. They went out of their way to care for us. The breakfast every morning was fantastic, just about everything you could want was there and delicious. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for luggage. A very enjoyable experience. 」

「We loved everything about it. We had a room with a balcony overlooking Monemvasia and the ocean. Stunning. Parking is along the road that connects Monemvasia to the mainland. This is where EVERYONE parks. The reception is right inside the castle walls but it could be a bit of a walk from there on cobblestones depending where your room is. Breakfast is fantastic and everyone is so nice and helpful. 」

「Highly recommend Alkinoi Resort. Beautiful location on water with fabulous view of Monemvassia. Clean, modern rooms and facilities. Friendly staff. Good pool bar and breakfast. About 2 km to town. Could theoretically walk into town, but narrow highway with no sidewalks so better if you have a car.」

「Amazing cottage within the castle village. Oozing with old charm character of the yesteryear. It’s close to the gate, so not much walking through the cobblestone laneways with suitcases. Very clean and excellent communication considering our late arrival. Thank you! 」

「Pros: Breathtaking views and very spacious rooms. Location is perfect if you’re staying in Monemvasia. The breakfast was great with a good variety of choice you can order. Staff is very nice and helpful. Cons: Some of the furniture seems quite old and the room is a bit oddly furnished but overall still nice. 」

「Charmante petite résidence dans les murs.Chambre pour trois avec lit en mezzanine. Vraiment toute une expérience de vivre dans la vieille ville et de passer des soirées au calme lorsque les autobus quittent. Peu ou pas de place de stationnement proche de la porte car il y a du monde jour et nuit garé, et notre auto était à 15-20 minutes de marche à chacune des 3 journées de notre séjour. Soyez préparés à cela, mais ce n'est pas un défaut. Beaucoup d'escaliers à monter et descendre pour s'y...
