“I’ve read some other comments about this being an older property. Honestly, any motel is going to be older. I found this motel to be in very good condition overall. My room was very clean and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with all of the typical hotel items. The kitchen was stocked with most anything you would need, though I only stayed one night and did not cook. The back yard was full of several small decks, grills, and other items that would allow you to enjoy a summer evening……

“This property is way overpriced. It is a hunting Cabin at best. Small heater did not work. Had wood stove but only minimal large pieces of wood provided. TV and Wi-Fi did not work. Refrigerator smells like fish. Beds not comfortable. On top of that owner would not let me reschedule and needed to cancel and rebook at half price! Said he would not make any money due to VRBO fee and cleaning fee. Cleaning fee is a joke!”

“one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”

“We were very comfortable and well looked after during our stay. The owners, Michelle and Adam, are very knowledgeable about the area and offered great suggestions about what to do and where to eat. The inn is very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We loved being able to walk to all the things we wanted to do in downtown Andes! This room is difficult to navigate due to the “attic”ceilings but it is unique as can be with many fun nooks and crannies. It was hard for my 6ft 2 husband. Hosts are fantastic and other rooms in the house would be perfect.”

“Perfect 4 night stay. Cabin was clean, comfy and secluded. Close to Belleayre skiing and not to far from Woodstock. Would definitely stay again”

I loved the fact that there some basic kitchen spices available like salt and pepper. Hot Tub was relaxing and well kept. The place was smaller than I expected, based on what I saw in the photos, but we were comfortable. The couch also turns into an extra bed which I thought was pretty neat !”
