"The location is great for reaching the center of Genoa on foot. The building has been renovated and the apartment would have great potential. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: kitchen cabinets with stains and fingerprints everywhere, dirty dishes from previous guests in the dishwasher, dust in the corners, under the bed and layers of dust on the bathroom radiator and in the air vents, hair from previous guests. "The apartment was perfect and set up as advertised. The AC was a HUGE bonus and location could not have been more perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the beach and waterfront are so close. As expected the parking was tricky but the communication from Giorgio was outstanding so we didn’t have any hiccups. I highly recommend this!!!"

"Loved this place but wish I had known it was 97 steps up a narrow staircase with no lift. Being on my own trying to get my suitcase up was a nightmare on an extremely hot day. Would be nice if someone actually greeted you to help at the property on arrival. Other than that I had the best time here. "
