「From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant at all levels. The suite we had was excellent (although the private pool water was cold to get in but great once in !!). The food was first class with lots of variety at breakfast and the set 4 course menu for dinner varied every day of the week and was very tasty and very well presented. The evening entertainment at dinner was of a high calibre and very relaxing to watch and listen to. All in all a great holiday.」

「We had a lovely 6 night stay here, lovely location and really nice staff, big room and nice balcony. Breakfast was minimal (especially if you're dairy and gluten intolerant like me - some eggs would have been nice) but in such a lovely spot by the sea, and the guy was so cheerful every morning so enjoyed going down every morning!」

「Great communication through Sevy who organised a taxi for us both ways (€75) arrived around midnight to be greeted by the wonderful Giannis who goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. Giannis is there at midnight and also early in a morning, he’s amazing. Room is new and very clean , we went for the upper room as no availability for the lower rooms. 「Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. Thank heavens it was only for one night. The old town is lovely with some great little bars / restaurants and only 24 minute walk....

「We have had a lovely time. The hotel is beautiful and staff are lovely. However for a 5 star resort - there were some small issues that’s shouldn’t be there. We were here for a long weekend and probably wouldn’t return. The bars are not fully stocked - as I am pregnant I asked for alcohol free and at each bar they had to run to another location to get them. On a couple of occasions my partner had had 2 drinks before my one. (Small problem). The Italian is located outside so a little windy, so...
