“Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine.”

“My husband and I stayed here for a getaway. When we arrived Friday, we didn’t immediately notice the issues, but by the next day we found leftover food in the refrigerator that clearly was not ours, including a spilled milkshake that had not been cleaned up. The toilet was also not clean, and the area underneath the bathroom sink was extremely dirty. I brought these concerns to the staff’s attention and showed them photos. “We stayed overnight and found the staff to be very helpful, the room clean and spacious, and the complementary breakfast buffet was very good.”
