“Keeping in touch with the property owner was easy. They were responsive and professional. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for my group. We were shocked how easy parking was.”

“Myself and a few friends were down for a conference, The location was perfect especially for a group of guys. Easy to walk to the convention center or to Camden yards or m&t bank. Plenty of local restaurants and bars. Great communication by the host.”

“Good day! I want to first start off by saying thank you for allowing us to stay in your place. However, I do have so things I want to bring to you attention before I leave a review. 1) There is only one Tv in thee entire place when there are two rooms. 2) The Tv that is there doesn’t even work. 3) The sink doesn’t drain and had old water sitting in it. So, we had to brush our teeth in the shower. 4) Very noisy area. Cars come by all day and night. The neighbors above are very loud not to mention……

“This location was perfect for the many colleges in the area. I was visiting my college athlete at Morgan State. The house is very cozy and had everything we needed. I was able to cook a few nice meals while I was there. Our Host was very attentive and responded very quickly to the few questions I had. We will definitely look to reserve this property again.”

“An extremely clean, well-kept apartment close to the good stuff downtown (ballparks, theatres, Inner Harbor). I needed a walkable place close to UMMC, and it's an easy walk. The building is gorgeous, and the apartment has pretty much everything you need. When I'm back in Baltimore, I'll stay there!”

“The house was great and had a ton to do! Which was awesome for us because it rained while we were there. The foosball, ping pong and air hockey tables provided a ton of entertainment.”

“The communication with the property manager is great, upon arrival we were greeted by Miss Rhonda in the lobby. She went out of her way to show us the latch app for all the entry doors and showed us to our room as well as answered any questions. The building is very nice with secure parking underneath which is welcomed. The room was just as described with all amenities included, the air conditioning worked extremely well especially since it is late July. This location is perfect for all the……
