Pittsburgh Monongahela Incline Hotels

"Room was large and clean. It had some fitness equipment in it which I did not use but some might? They hyped a fitness video which was inaccessible. Gym was ok. The TV was loose on the wall and the toilet paper roll was as well. Overall a decent spot in an odd but central location. Pretty bare bones amenities (no free coffee or breakfast) but a reasonable price. "

"We ordered room service coffee. It cost $17.50 for 2 paper cups in a cardboard carrier, little creamer pods, no "stirrers". Parking was very expensive ($45/ night) No fridge or microwave. Cups did not fit the in-room coffee maker. No hooks at all in bathroom. Weird, square sink that didn't drain well. VERY disappointed in this Hilton hotel. (We also stayed in a nearby Hampton Inn that was wonderful, & cheaper)"

"Book this hotel for my sons 8th birthday trip pictures were deceiving booked a suite for almost 700$ for two nights and was not worth the money after complaining to front desk I called Expedia to get a refund and was pretty much ignored by my CSR Antoinette the property staff was very understanding and helpful but the agent for Expedia was not at all and I have used this 3rd party for booking plenty of hotels and my 1st time having an issue and I was being brushed aside very disappointed not at Fairfield but by Expedia"

"Do not stay here unless you are staying during a time that the rates are not elevated. It is not worth it. Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up. The AC was blowing so loud in the hall we could hear it in our room. The construction outside it loud and started at 7:30am on a Saturday. "
