Apartment for rent in Monopoli

Comfortable apartment for up to 6 people, located in Puglia, in the center of Monopoli, in a central but reserved point. The apartment, located on the first floor of a quiet and characteristic building, is in an excellent location ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city center roads and beaches but at the same time looking for very quiet an accommodation for light sleepers in the very centre of Monopoli.

Within a 500 meter radius, discover the old town of Monopoli, Cala Portavecchia beach, Carlo V Castle, the nearest public beach at 300 meters (Porto Rosso) and the Monopoli train station, located just 1 km away, provides easy access to the region's top tourist destinations.

It is spread over an area of about 100sqm and it arranged on a single level entirely covered by internet wi fi signals.

It consists of
- a large living area with comfortable sofa-bed for adults (or children); If you want to have lunch or dinner with the family, you can take advantage of the large 6-seater dining table in the living room, where you will also find a 40" HDTV.
- two lovely and spacious double bedrooms finely furnished;
- a third bedroom has a large single bed;
- A large kitchen equipped with all comforts and with 4 burner stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer and dining table; crossing the kitchen it is possible to access the balcony with laundry corner and washing machine
- Full bathroom with shower.

The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with a split air conditioner. The private parking lot at the ground level is accessible via gate. The parking has EV charger.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a building without elevator. The property is recommended for couples, families with children and for those who must stay for professional needs.
Given the central location, we recommend that you enjoy relaxing periods of stay.

The apartment is located in Via Lepanto, in an area well served by restaurants, shops and parking. Within walking distance there are several restaurants for all tastes, for example pizzeria, Japanese, wine shop etc.
A few meters away starts the walk that runs along the historic centre and takes you in a few minutes to the Carlo V Castle and Cala Portavecchia.

Furthermore, the mild climate makes this town the ideal place for holidays even during the low season. We will be happy to welcome you, we are waiting for you.
