El Hostal cerrado teniendo una reserva hecha 2 semanas antes, nadie nos atendio y estuvimos más de 2 horas esperando a ser atendidos a 7 grados por la noche. Estuvimos a punto de pasar la noche a la intemperie pero finalmente tuvimos la suerte de que nos recomendaron un sitio para salir del paso.

double facturation

Malgré une reservation faite et réglée par internet, j’ai dû regler à nouveau l'hôtel. En effet, l'etablissement me dit n'avoir eu aucune reservation ni reglement reçu. Resultat une reservation faite pour une chambre triple à 57e et réglée et une autre facturation demandée à 76e car plus de chambre triple. De plus, nous avons dû libérer rapidement le matin avant 9h car l’hôtel fermait pour le week-end. Inutile de penser à prendre un petit déjeuner car aucun service de restauration pour cette journée. Très déçu surtout avec une facture supplémentaire. Heureusement le service clientèle Hôtels.com prend en charge la réclamation concernant la double facturation mais pas encore de retour à ce jour. Je déconseille cet endroit.

Transit Hostel

As a transit hostel it was OK. We unfortunately stayed on a Saturday and the town was closed and quiet. We struggled with the meal times especially dinner after 21.00.

Fue todo un desastre.! Tenían oberbooking y sin darnos explicaciones nos querían alojar en un club de carretera abandonado. Obviamente nos marchamos. Pondré una reclamación. Recibimos un trato horrible.
