“Excellent location but prepare for the stairs. ”

“My WARNING to travelers. Do NOT book here. I found the entire process to be unethical and not trustworthy. So yourself a favor and book somewhere else.”

“Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“Our flight was delayed I was I formed that I missed check in hours and would be charged an additional fee for an evening check in. We stayed 4 nights, no clean towels, the shower drain overflowed and nobody ever around to call. There are no lights in the hallways or stairwell. We would walk in the pitch dark with the flashlights from our phones. Next to our room was a night club that the party went on all night. Just as you fall asleep the recycling truck comes by every morning and you are woken……

“Clean, good air conditioning, well maintained. Very good value for money. Coffee machine in the bedroom much appreciate. Could leave my luggage at the place.”

“By far, the best hotel in Palermo. The Teatro Massimo suite was gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave! I had a lot of heavy luggage and traveling solo and the staff helped me with my bags and did not charge me a late check out fee. The room had everything and even came with a flat iron. lol I was in heaven. Grazie mille per tutti, Rosy!”

“Chambre moderne très bien située rue Maqueda. Malgré le bruit ambiant de la rue, les fenêtres étaient très étanches. Notre hôte Francesco est un ange, toujours prêt à courir pour nous aider. Très facile de communiquer avec lui sur What’s App. Les petites douceurs à notre disposition, ainsi que la machine à café dans l’espace commun furent très appréciées également. Grazie !”
