"The worst experience I have ever had in any resort. The staff needs some lessons in manners! I wasn’t even asked how my day was when I was checking out! The room was the worst experience bathroom handle falling off every time I open the door. Noisy elevator sounds old, worn out furniture, just a few of the things that I had to endure. I tried to change rooms and was told I could not have similar room yet the room next to me was the exact same layout and only once during my stay, I saw it’s occupied! Beware this resort"

"Not a great stay. Our shower was broken and there was significant water damage on the ceiling of the bedroom. No fans in the bathroom meant peeling paint and nothing ever dried. Old appliances, old TV, most food was from the on-site food truck, which again wasn’t great. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"This has to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was so clean, the staff were lovely, and the location is amazing. We really enjoyed having dinner each night in the hotel by the beach. The drinks at the bar were reasonably price and the food was great. It’s also the best location for an amazing sunset on a clear day. I have nothing bad to say, we plan to go back again and again! One point I would make that it’s not really possible to walk into marathon, if you wanted local amenities, it may not be a good fit, but we had everything we needed on site so we stayed in the hotel every evening. "

"Our stay was fine, although value for the rate we paid was not good. We paid for an upgrade (although I am Expedia Platinium) to a supposedly better room which was very noisy. The staff was nice about it when I complained in the morning and gave us a discount. "
