"The property honestly needs a little sprucing up and maintenance...but after all, the Pier House has been there for decades. Despite this it's still one of our favorite places and the staff is awesome. Nowhere else we'd want to stay in Key West.!"

"The resort is absolutely amazing and impeccably clean. There are many amenities, cold water at the pool, plenty of towels, padded lounge chairs and covered cabanas. Hang out at the pool was great, they had a great mix of music playing as well. The staff from our welcome until checkout we’re outstanding! All the people there are very caring and are helpful with whatever your needs may be. The yellowfin restaurant on site is very good, highly recommend the salad and catch of the day. So accommodating and there are a few restaurants within a mile walking distance from the resort. The shuttle which brings you to downtown is very helpful and runs on the hour. Very pleased with our stay and hopefully we’ll be back soon."
