“The room is so cold even w the heater on I have to stuff garments to avoid the cold coming in. I've had the same sheets for 2 weeks. The owner is so rude he yells at me. I'm disabled.They never come too clean the room. 1roll of toilet paper per day. Mold & mildew Can't open my curtains cause he will pass by and look in my room. I'm literally in the dark I have lights but I need sunshine and I can't open my curtain.”
