Our door was falling off its hinges. Lobby furniture was torn. Overall property was not maintained. Transients flowed in and out of the property eating breakfast and swimming in the pool. We checkout out a day early, even though it meant losing money because we did not want to stay another night. Young man who checked us in was polite.

The smoke detector was beeping when we got to our room. We went to the front desk to ask them to change out the batteries and they said they didn't have any and we would have to move rooms. We had already settled in and had kids with us, so moving was not an option. We had to disconnect the smoke detector. The remote also needed batteries, but we didn't even bother to ask so we could not even relax and watch some TV. The bathroom sink did not drain and had black stuff that would come up out of the drain when the water was turned on.

Decided to give this place another try but it still has the same issue with terrible and rude staff. This is especially with checking into the room that evening it seems as though he doesn’t really care about his job? The issue was his attitude once we got there and he did the same thing to another guest! He would not give us clean sheets for the pullout couch, we did ask if they were clean? His response was I don’t know. We also asked for extra towels and he would not give us the extra towels. We’ve stayed at other comfort suites and never had an issue like this hotel. So this is my experience at this hotel and I don’t think I’ll bother with this place again.

Terrible. Staff was rude and unhelpful. GM was not much better. We encountered bugs in room, no breakfast food, dirty room, broken items in room and no shower curtain. Front desk clerk obviously didn’t want to help and we weren’t moved from room, couldn’t leave hotel, no where else to go for the night in town. Breakfast attendant told us not to ask if more food would be added. Manager said she’d refund us for the stay and nothing has happened with that. Do NOT stay here.

The carpet next to the a/c was wet, assume from condensation leaking from a/c. We mentioned it when checking out and they reversed the charge for one night. The free breakfast was very good.

We stayed for two nights and encountered several issues during our visit that could be improved. One of the sheets in our room had a noticeable hole, and the bathroom appeared worn, with some stains that needed attention. Additionally, the microwave had significant rust, making my adult son refuse to use it to reheat our leftovers. Gross! During breakfast, the staff member responsible for serving seemed a bit rude when we asked for assistance, as her responses were somewhat curt. We also noticed that the biscuits were overly burnt, I mean black on the bottom! The fruit didn’t seem very fresh. Moreover, the dining area chairs had noticeable tears and peeling, which detracted from the overall experience. On a positive note, we found many of the other staff members we encountered to be friendly, helpful, and kind, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we believe there are several areas for improvement, and I hope that the management considers this feedback to enhance future guests' experiences. I would genuinely be embarrassed if I were the owner of this hotel.

If I had not been exhausted from driving many miles on a cross country trip, and reserved a prepaid room on Expedia, I would have left after waiting almost 20 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk to even check me in. Even worse, once we got to our room, my husband opens the room door and immediately sees and crushes a cockroach scurrying across the entry. Hairs in the shower, dirty corners of the floors, hard lumpy beds. Our stay was horrible from the moment we got there, and needless to say we will never stay there again!

The staff person (Devon) was very unprofessional, the room had no air working and smelled very musty. Devon didn’t believe us that the air didn’t work, came in the room and tried to fix it and complained about the maintenance of the building. We had to ask if he had another room, he had to look. He offered another room but we would have had no key so basically we would have been locked out of our room if we had to come out and wait for a staff person to let us back in. We did not like that so we decided to leave and Devon told us we would not get our money back because we checked in and he tried to offer us another room, even though we didn’t stay due to all the issues. Would not recommend this place for anyone to stay at! Dirty and unprofessional!
