I was put in the worst room they had because I booked with third party. Bed was slept in Cable broken, TV broken....Old shower with rust every where. I was moved to another 3 stories up and phone nor internet worked and I could not work. This is unacceptable. it was obvious this was one of their better rooms but still broken items. I need a credit!!!

The place is a bit worn down but you get ehat you pay for. The things that really matter to me where nice like comphy bed and pillows. The shower head and pressure were nove too. There were a few light bulbs blown out and the sink didn't drain properly but i would stay again while on a budget. Staff was friendly

I usually don't do reviews; however, this hotel is horrible. When we arrived, I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes before I wandered around the hotel looking for staff to check in. The smell inside was terrible. The room was DISGUSTING. There was mold in the bathroom, on the mattress and the floor. We went to pull out the sofa bed and there was no mattress along with dead bugs inside when we folded it out. We tried to partake in the free breakfast, but when we went down to check it out, the serving dishes were all dirty. Needless to say, we wont be staying here again.

This is the photograph I took of the bedbug in my room during my stay at the Wingate by Wyndham West Monroe Hotel. I visited the front desk to present the image of the bedbug on my bed to the night shift supervisor and a colleague. They checked for available rooms at the hotel, but none were available. The supervisor offered to visit my room, where she personally observed the bedbug, proceeded to the housekeeping area, and returned with fresh linens to replace my bedding. I inquired about potential compensation for this incident, and the supervisor assured me that I would be compensated. However, approximately half an hour later, she telephoned my room, stating that due to my reservation being made through hotel.com, I would need to contact them directly regarding this situation, which I did the following morning. Not compensating your guest after committing to do so is not an appropriate way to treat your guest at your hotel, especially considering the bed bug infestation in my room that you acknowledged.

Location was fine. Hotel conditions were poor. Dirty and run down. Mattress was not comfortable. Mattress cover was dirty and stained. Bathtub had jets. Disgusting! What hotel has jetted tubs. Bottom of tub was filthy. Thought it might have been stains. But no, it would have come up with some scrubbing. There was some gummy candies crushed into the carpet. Plain gross! Just say no to this one. Pictures don't lie.

When we arrived they could not find my reservation so they put us in a king suite with sofa bed we went out for lunch and I received an email saying I cancelled my original reservation the one they said I didn't have so we returned to the hotel and the clerk found my original reservation so he comped us another king suite so no one had to sleep on a sofa bed on Saturday we went out and when we returned our keys didn't work in either room they rekeyed our keys and we went into our rooms room 221 had fresh towels but nothing else was done room 228 had been completely cleaned the staff threw out all of my sister in law bath and body works body wash lotion and perfume and all the items she had in the refrigerator and her suitcase was missing we went to the front desk and her suitcase was in the lost and found she returned to her room opened her suitcase and she was missing clothing a pair of pajamas and a new Orleans Saints shirt and insulated cup the items total $150 we have tried several times to speak with the manager but shes never in I would liked to know how this matter is going to be resolved
