「The staff was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the history of the property. My room was clean, there were plenty of towels, and a wonderful bed, with a variety of pillows. The greenbelt and a path to the river made walking my dog very enjoyable.」

「I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered.」

「Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

「It was truly the most disgusting place I've ever stayed, hence not staying. The mattress was soaked in blood stains, box spring, mattress, covering of box spring, everything had blood stains, both chairs were so dirty and stained with broken arms, i didn't even attempt sitting in either. Dug a broken Crack pipe from sink and shower had such minimal pressure, you couldn't even rinse hair. Much less the roar of nonstop trains behind building, railroad crossing 100 feet from building which equals...

「Angela, the host, is so kind and welcoming. Staying in Patsy was a dream! Comfortable, cozy, clean and cute!!! Extended my stay another night because I couldn’t bring myself to leave! It was a magical stay, beautiful grounds and gorgeous sunsets. I’ll be back Patsy!」

「We were visiting Monroe for our niece’s wedding and absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Bin! The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus one additional niece. The place was amazing and the kitchen was great. We ended up getting a whole salmon and cooked filets on the gas grill. Everybody was thrilled with the hot tub. And roasting marshmallows at a campfire was a hit. The upstairs bathroom was incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here again. 」
