“This was the perfect place for me and my bridesmaids to stay before my wedding!! Andy and BJ were super accommodating and quick to answer any questions I had! The property was clean, accessible and overall 10/10. I could not recommend this property or the owners more! ”

“Everything was adequate…but I wouldn’t call it “chic”. Bed was comfortable, the place was basically clean, but the surfaces are dingy, countertops splitting. The upstairs neighbors are very noisy late night and early morning. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent which made it unfunctional unless you went and bought a regular sized detergent for one load. What a waste! I expected more, albeit functional.”

“The host was welcoming and the amenities were in great condition.The house exceeded our expectations. Everything looked like new. The house was well decorated for Christmas. We brought our kids and they also appreciated the corn hole and the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items. The A frame was so much fun and different! We will definitely come back.Thank you! ”

“This rental was in very poor condition and raised multiple serious safety concerns.The property was extremely dirty upon arrival. There were cracked tiles, exposed wires, holes in the walls, torn and bleach-stained towels, and dingy bedding. There was also a very strong smoke smell of smoke and marijuana, and a missing smoke detector. The light in upstairs bathroom would not stay on either.Due to a safety incident involving someone attempting to enter the rental late at night, I had to urgently……

“While I had high hopes for staying near my family for Christmas, I was happy when I searched with a filter, 1-guest traveling with 1- pet found me this VRBO house. I was not happy with the filthy interior, not fresh painted walls, not new flooring, not new linens, or cleanliness at all. Spiders and cob-webs in every room, floors taped with packing tape, dresser drawers taped together with packing tape, dirty furniture to sit on. The yard is full of limbs and a foot of leaves. Not safe for dogs. ”

“Great location, also great atmosphere. My only constructive criticism would be to put a privacy screen in front of hot tub. There is probably privacy in the spring and summer from neighbors because of trees and bushes but around the fall there is zero privacy. Some people like myself like hot tubs in the fall season. Also the beds are too hard and stiff. Could not really get a good night's sleep. Besides those two things the place was phenomenal.”
