“Our stay was amazing. We needed a place for out of town relatives and friends, and Aspen in Airmont was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and huge, with plenty of space to gather and still find a spot for some privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and that enormous deck was great. “Check in was super easy. The host messaged me the code for the door lock on our day of check in and no issues. The room is above a steakhouse in an older, Victorian style home. The room has everything you need. A bed, a smart tv, a toilet and a shower. The room was clean when we arrived and the shower had different shampoos and soaps in it. “This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.”

“Celebrated my son’s HS graduation with my father-in-law along for the adventure, Joe’s townhouse is super convenient to Thayer Gate and eating establishments along Main St. Grill worked well and the beds made for sound slumber. For mixed company an extra half bath might be desired, but 3 guys who know each other well managed just fine. The basement washer & dryer are top of line.”

“I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. “This is a really comfortable property with one of the best host experiences I’ve had. It was very clean, bedding was very comfortable, the house itself is charming and it’s peaceful. There’s some nice high end appointments that were appreciated as well in the kitchen and the bathroom. This one is a hidden gem.”
