"We checked in around 8pm after going to an event. The boiler had exploded at some point that night. There was no heat or hot water. This is a remote location, so at that point in the day we didn't have another option. I realize what happened was out of their control, but they didn't offer anything to help accommodate for this issue, even just a free breakfast would've been fine. We paid full price for a place without heat or hot water. We couldn't shower in the morning before we met family and friends, which was honestly embarrassing. The staff didn't talk to us at check out or apologize."

"Totally disgusting. They gave me a room and then chased me down and it said oh no not that room it’s occupied. So they give me a different room. The pillows were about 12 inches across and that’s it, and it was covered in a disgusting pillowcase with grease stains all over it. People were outside of their rooms partying and smoking. I think they lived there. Just really sketchy."

"Sticky Buns that they serve in the restaurant and sell at the bakery are the best!"

"Room clean. Staff was friendly. However, elevator not working during stay was a downside and it was hard to take a HOT shower. At best the water was lukewarm. Poor cell reception could only use phone on WiFi but that even would drop calls. Unfortunately, if I have a choice on hotel stay next time I’m in town it wont be to stay here. "

"Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. The pool was a little cold and the hot tub was out of order."

"Check in was super easy and so convenient for the airport. The parking lot was very well lit and felt secure. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated the shuttle to the airport as well."

"Staff was unresponsive to complaint about large amount of hair in/on shower drain. Asked them to clean it and it wasn't done. Also the bathroom had a very strong odor that want addressed. Seemed like nice people just not focused on details."

"We booked an accessible room for my elderly, disabled parents. The bathroom was great, but the chair in the room was a bench facing the beds which did not allow tv viewing. The beds, though comfortable, were the only other option, but strangely, they were very low to the ground so my parents were unable to rise from them without assistance. At their age, there were several nighttime trips to the bathroom so no one got much rest. A microwave and Trophy Room menus in the rooms would be nice."
