Family of 4 short stay

Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town.

la chambre "économique" est surévaluée, un matelas à ressorts d'une autre époque, vous trouvez mieux dans un première classe !!! une salle de bain d'un autre temps ' une cabine de douche ou il faut se contorsionner pour rentrer ; par contre des odeurs d'égouts très fort se ressentent dans cette pièce (très désagréable !!!) chose signalée à l'accueil qui c'est tout bonnement excusé !!!, pour ma part je déconseille cet hotel

A refaire mais pas au 1er etage

La chambre correspond au descriptif En revanche la salle de bain de notre chambre non voir photo Quant à L’espace dédié à la salle de bain celui est vraiment petit. Notre chambre située au 1er étage assez bruyante Pas de peignoir ni de chausson mis à disposition pour accéder à la piscine. L’espace piscine est agréable et l’eau bien chaude Très agréable

Nous avons été refusé à l'accueil par la réceptionniste car ils n'acceptent pas les chiens, or en regardant et vérifiant sur votre site, cette mention n'est pas indiqué (photos en preuve). Noua avons essayé de vous joindre, mais pas possible car bug. Nous avons été débité, alors qu'a la réception, il suffisait que vous libéreriez la chambre. Mais nous avons été débité de la somme globale de la réservation, J'attends donc un remboursement d'une prestation qui n'a pas eu lieu.

Premier abord tout se passe bien! Chambre modeste mais pour dormir ça ira! C’est après que ça se complique! Odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain, lit inconfortable (le lit de mémé), la piscine froide et le pediluve est immonde! Nous avons joué au uni avec les voisins la moitié des nuits donc l’insonorisation est mauvaise! Petit déjeuner pas avant 8h (pas de thé correct puisque pas de livraison! Apparemment pas de magasin pour en acheter et pallier au pb) On vous dit tjs oui mais rien ne change! La femme de ménage a jeté la tige de ma boucle d’oreille cassée! On compatit mais on s’en fiche! Le matériel n’est pas vérifié du coup vous avez les cheveux mouillés avant de voir que le sèche cheveux est défaillant! Les lits sont faits d’une telle façon que vous dormez sur le matelas (pas d’alaise et le drap du dessous ne tient pas). Un ensemble très décevant qui m’a coûté le prix, le dos en vrac, une boucle d’oreille, un repos non mérité au vu de la prestation! Et ça se dit 3 étoiles! OMG! Surtout que la propriétaire crie sur tous les toits qu’elle ne veut pas rénover les chambres depuis le Covid

Très bon séjour

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel très serviable et souriant, la piscine est super et les prix très corrects. Cependant malgré un personnel qui est vraiment au petit soin, je trouve dommage de dire que le petit déjeuner est fait maison quand ce n’est pas du tout le cas, ça éviterait le gaspillage. La petite amélioration pour la prochaine fois !
