The noise limitation is expressly referred to in the Miami Platja Acoustic Limitation Law. For not respecting this law, the agency has the right to not return the deposit.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
