Villa Sula is located in one of the quietest streets of the most prestigious areas of Miami Playa - Pino Alto, very close to the beach Playa Cristal.

In this zone are the main villas and townhouses of Miami Playa. The proximity of the beach, the silence, the lack of high-rise buildings and apartment blocks provide travelers maximum comfort.

In the house on the ground floor: living room and American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine); living room- windows open out onto the terrace, to the swimming pool and the access to the barbecue area. There are also 2 bedrooms - each with a large German bed consisting of 2 fixed between, a mattress 90x200 cm each, a bathroom with shower.

First floor: 1 bedroom with a German bed, bathroom with shower, terraces.

The house is equipped with air conditioner. The washing machine is in the storage room.

Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 1 min. walking distance from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.



It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.

As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.

No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
