Schönes Eckgrundstück, gepflegte Aussenanlage mit schattigen Plätzen. Großer Pool, sauber und gut gewartet, Hausmeister kommt zweimal die Woche und gießt die Pflanzen, schaut nach dem Pool. Innenbereich oberflächlich sauber, jedoch Fußböden in den Bädern mit Haaren der Vorgänger, auch der Putzmop verschmutzt. Glaskeramik Herdplatte in der Küche verkrustet, zwei deutsche Hausfrauen haben aber erstmal alles sauber gemacht. ;-) Geschirr offenbar ohne Tabs in der Spülmaschine aufgewaschen. Gereinigt

Das Haus an sicht selbst war super und hat unsere Erwartungen von der größe übertroffen, vorallen dingen der Pool mit einer tiefe von ca. 2m. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig zum abschalten, aber man muss Mobil sein in den Viertel, da die sachen etwas entfernter liegen. Leider war das Haus nicht ganz sauber als wir es betraten. Viele einzele dinge waren schmutzig. Im großen ganzen ist das Haus perfekt wenn man seine ruhe haben möchte.

Es un lugar en el que, exteriormente, hemos disfrutado mucho con buenas instalaciones (se podría buscar una formula para que desde el exterior, se libre de miradas a las personas que pasan y se dedicar a mirar al interior). En cuanto al interior hay varias cosas que no funcionan correctamente (ventiladores de techo, enfhufes, lámparas) y el wifi no existía, no hubo forma de encontrarlo y utilizarlo. Esperando solucionen los inconvenientes volveremos un año mas

Nos plus belles vacances en famille

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille fin juillet avec nos deux enfants adultes. La maison est magnifique avec une très belle piscine. L'emplacement est calme mais pas très loin du bord de mer. La maison est très bien équipée et dispose même de 3 salles de bains. S'il fallait trouver un seul point négatif, c'est la largeur des lits doubles qui ne font que 140 cm. Un grand merci au propriétaire de mettre en location cette propriété, ce qui nous a permis de passer de magnifiques vacances.

Lugar maravilloso para unas vacaciines en familia y muy muy tranquilas. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para estar tranquilos. Lo unico que recomendamos es mejorar la limpieza y mejorar el wifi. Gracias!! Unas vacaciones maravillosas

Le wifi n'a jamais fonctionné. Très ennuyeux pour celui qui en a vraiment besoin. Les prestations sont correctes même si la déco est un peu "vieillotte". Endroit calme. Location que je peux recommander si pas besoin de wifi ou si il est réinstallé.

Villa pas nettoyer , juste les draps ont juste été changé et rien d'autre , ma femme a passée 1h30 a nettoyer les salles de bain , balayer ( sa se fais sous les lits aussi ) escalier sale et pas d'aspirateur. Internet nul ont arrive a rien. Lors d'un orage la chambre du haut était inondé l'eau coule sous une des fenêtres obligé de fermer le volet et 1h00 de nettoyage. Déçus de mes vacances a Miami Platja.

Nice and quiet place

Nice venue in calm urbanizacion with villa's. three bedroom place and well equipped kitchen. Disadvantage is the WIFI with slow and minimal capacity; and works only in the garden. Also the refrigerator does not have enough capacity to cool below 7 degrees.
