La piscine intérieure était hors d'usage, celle exterieure n'etait pas ouverte. Il ny avait pas de WIFI. Il n'y a pas de restaurant à l'interieur comme javais vu sur internet. Il y avait peu de surveillance au spa exterieur. L'hotel est en construction dans la salle daccueil donc peu de place. Les cartes d'acces a la chambre se désactivaient souvent.

Le Chateau Beauvallon n’est pas vraiment un hôtel, c’est une organisation style TimeSharing. La compagnie se nomme Rendez-Vous Mont Tremblant. Ce n’est donc pas un hôtel familial avec piscine et salles de jeux, comme sur les photos (les piscines étaient fermées et la salle de jeux aussi). Nous avions réservé une suite via expedia, croyant aller au Château Beauvallon. Sur place, on nous a informé que nous avions été relocalisé dans un condo à 20 minutes de route. Nous avons été déçus. La réceptionniste a été vraiment charmante, elle nous a beaucoup aidés, mais on se serait passé d’attendre une heure pour être relocalisés plus près du Village touristique. Notre séjour a été correct, mais le Château Beauvallon n’est pas ce qui était annoncé.

C'est un bel endroit qui n'est pas économique, mais l'hôtel a besoin d'amour. Il n'y a pas eu de Wifi de tout notre séjour. Le spa annoncé n'est pas entretenu et très sale, voir insalubre. La piscine intérieure est hors service. Nous n'en avons pas eu pour nous argent.

Chambre très propres. J'ai moins apprécié mon passage dans cet hôtel car on n'avait pas accès au Wifi pendant 3 jours et la réception du réseau internet était inexistante. J'aurais aimé avoir une option de pouvoir déjeuner à l'hôtel.

L'accueil de la jeune fille à notre arrivé était superbe, il y avait aussi un service de navette pour aller au village de Tremblant. L'homme qui nous a voyagé était un vrai gentlemen. Souriant, poli et très social. Pour ce qui est des autres qui travaillent là. Le sourire est absent, lorsqu'on a redonné nos cartes de notre chambre, aucun sourire, ils ne prennent pas la peine, de demander si notre séjour est agréable. Très déçu du service. J'aurais aimé que le service soit seulement par la jeune fille et le chauffeur de la navette. Je suis sur que le service aurait été impeccable. L'extérieur ou le spa et sale. Rien avoir avec les photos.

The hotel is great . I mostly like the shuttle bus to Mt. Tremblant. Wore my gears , carried my skis and hopped into the shuttle . It is so convenient .

Repairs required for some floor tiles missing and broken. Should be replaced. Staff were wonderful!!! Would definitely stay there again.

The size of the room was fantastic and staff were lovely. However, everything felt a bit dated. After a long day skiing, it would be nice to have options for signing into a streaming service to watch a movie and relax.
