Located in the vineyards of Saint Emilion, the villa "Maison Cantalupo Piscine-Balnéo" has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 250 m² property comprises a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, beer maker, steam cooker, etc., 6 bedrooms (including 4 adults and one suite with its own kitchenette) and 4 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 8 adults and 4 children. Additional facilities include Wi-Fi, a large TV and two washing machines. 2 cots are also available.
The property features a private outdoor area with a saltwater pool and several outdoor terraces.
4 parking spaces are available on the property.
A small pet may be allowed for a fee.
Smoking and celebrations are not permitted.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the night areas.
Guests must lock the pool roof for security reasons.
There are 4 extra beds available for children: 1 bedroom for 2 with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed and 1 bedroom for 2 with 1 trundle bed for 2 children.
