"What a wonderful place!! Sam was there to welcome us and with a large, multiage family we were never short of things to do. The movie room kept the teenagers happily gaming away and the pool kept the little ones cool. We enjoyed meals on the patio and a well stocked kitchen with excellent air conditioning in every room. The decoration is still work in progress but this did not detract from our great trip! Thanks Samuel"

"This large property suited our needs exactly. The house is extremely well equipped. Of course, the heated swimming pool was a huge hit with both adults and children. We did have a couple of wet days but the children found plenty to do inside. We had a lovely week."

"Ce n'Ă©tait pas des vacances mais 3 jours pour assister Ă  un mariage dans la rĂ©gion. mais cela peut ĂȘtre agrĂ©able pour un sĂ©jour plus long. Si les propriĂ©taires sont lĂ  pour vous accueillir et vous donner toutes informations pour la gestion du sĂ©jour, ce qui n'Ă©tait pas le cas pour nous. Ils ne sont revenus que le lendemain en fin d'aprĂšs-midi. Dommage, cela ne donne pas une bonne impression."

"We were a party of nine adults and there was more than enough room for everyone. It’s a fantastic and quirky old house that has not been over restored, it’s a little remote, there is nothing in Saint Paulet, so a drive to get delicious bread and pasties every morning. Fantastic pool. We really enjoyed our stay, Sam was very helpful even though he was not anywhere near. "

"What a super holiday! Everything we wanted, get away from it all into the beautiful French countryside but still only a short train trip to Toulouse for the city experience. Long walks in the forest, lazy days at the lake, what more could you want! The house was lovely, great facilities, all in all a super holiday!"

Montclar est un petit village charmant au milieu des vignes, attention pas de commerces sur place.Cependant, des commercants ambulants viennent rĂ©guliĂšrement avec leur camion (boucher, boulanger...) attention Ă  la pĂ©riode d’aoĂ»t oĂč ils sont souvent eux-mĂȘmes en vacances. Montclar est situĂ© Ă  10 mn de voiture de Limoux et 20 mn de Carcassonne....
