「The condition of the property was as described in the listing. Good location within walking distance of downtown. I would have rated it higher, but we could not get the electronic door lock to work from the outside. I contacted the management company for help, but they did not help. So, we packed everything back in our car when we left for dinner because we didn't want to leave it all in the unlocked room while we were gone. At least there was a deadbolt lock that worked from the inside so we...

「Cute little hotel in the middle of town. This is an old hotel that has been tastefully refreshed. Room was small but clean with a brand new bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I could park right outside my room. I received a code within two hours of my check-in and the lock system worked well. What could improve the hotel is a bolt lock or some kind of additional lock on the inside to help me feel more secure at night.」

「The mixed reviews are accurate. The room is adequate. It’s mostly clean. It’s just sort of half-assed. All the finishing touches are sloppy (e.g., bad cut-ins in painting, baseboard as door trim, only very sterile overhead lighting, no soap/shampoo/etc).The parking lot absolutely needs to be replaced. In short, boutique it is not. Also, they’ve got this listed in Vrbo, but they really don’t check it. Communication via text only. Don’t miss that, or you won’t get check-in instructions.」

「The room was not as nice as expected. Poorly cleaned. Smelled like smoke. The walls were thin so smells of stinky meals being cooked in what I believe to be the owners suite seaped in. Burn marks on the furniture. Outlets coming out of the wall when unplugged. Only 2 GFI outlets in the room. Was lacking on furniture to put belongings on or in. Shower was uncomfortably small. The best things I can say about the room was that the bed was fairly comfortable and the A/C worked Great!!」
