"The staff was soo friendly and kind. The breakfast was amazing and the AC is always a plus. The only thing I think should be different is allowing guest to eat their “outside food” in the shared spaces. The restaurant menu at this Citizen M is not anything crazy or innovative, they should allow people to eat in shared spaces. Citizens M rooms are already so tiny and not allowing guest to eat where they want is a bit odd. Most guest are not from Paris and there for want to try other food. Citizen M hotels in America don’t have that rule so it kind of shocked me. Other than that all was great."

"Amazing experience! Convenient location (close to subway and tram stations, easy and fast to get to any place in Paris). Exceptional service, friendly and helpful staff. We felt very important guests: staff is almost invisible, but their careful and even pro-active service is in everywhere. Excellent breakfast: always fresh and high quality organic products, snacks/drinks service 24 hours, which is very convenient when you are back from your busy Paris visiting program. Sauna and gym is available from 10 to 10. Even hand-written personal welcoming card from the manager was waiting us in the room. We really felt special and enjoyed with everything in the hotel. Highly recommend with many thanks to the hotel management and staff."

"The property was clean, and the location was perfect—close to the La Défense metro station and a safe 1–2 AM walk from the metro to the hotel. Directly in front, there was a nice grocery store that supplied everything we needed for our stay. We booked two units two to three months in advance, so it surprised me that they were unable to allocate them on the same floor or side by side. If you have a similar setup, I recommend calling them ahead of time to confirm your preferences. Although our unit included a kitchenette, no paper towels were provided, and the stove in one of the units was not working. As for the front desk, some staff members were very helpful, while others seemed bothered when I asked for assistance. Overall, everything else was good, and I would recommend considering this place for your stay in Paris."

"We have stayed in the La Defense area many times but this was the first time down near the River. Our 2 bedroom suite was great and was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. It's a 5 minute walk to the Esplanade metro station. Bear it mind much of the La Defense area is elevated so expect lots of stairs. There aren't many amenities right by the hotel but you are a short 15 minute walk up to the Westfield mall and also lots of other places around it. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as it was very expensive. There are a number of bakeries within an easy walk of the hotel. Also note that if you are getting dropped off / picked up by a taxi they probably will end up at the entrance to the hotel next door. We used a airport transfer app and was about 30 - 40 minutes to CdG each way. Would definitely stay again."
