The room looked like it should have been in a much higher end hotel as it was recently refurbished. Very comfortable to be in as well as clean. Was very pleased for the price. Only downside was that the curtains let in far too much light.

Great clean hotel with excellent location in MTK! Newly renovated. Great facilities with gym, sauna, cold plunge, pool. Right across the street from the beach with chairs and towels ready to go. Bikes also available to take. Slightly small rooms, wish we got one on the second floor with a balcony (our first floor room was fairly dark since we felt the need to keep drapes closed at all times). Would highly recommend!

Very accommodating staff. Wished we could have watched the Yankees-Red Sox post-season game, but TVs allowed for 'Streaming' only. Also, would it hurt to have a box of tissues available in the room?

From check in to check out everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to get in the room a little earlier, allowing more time on the beach. Would have liked a mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold.

The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The entire property is super clean and brand new. The backyard area and pool are an added bonus. Offshore Montauk is 10 out of 10 and even more. I couldn't recommend it more.

The coffee maker was great, but they had no cream or sugar in the room or downstairs at the front desk/lobby. A mini-refrigerator in the rooms would be a great addition as well. Otherwise it was a great stay and the staff was incredible!
