The property was absolutely perfect for a family. The swimming pool was a great size and depth and it was amazing to be able to use all day every day. There is lots of pool furniture around the pool to make time spent around it very comfortable. The villa is large and very picturesque with tonnes of outdoor space.The bedrooms are large and have air con plus great bathrooms.The decor of the property is modern and looks fantastic. Parking is suitable for one vehicle and we did not have any security concerns at all.The kitchen is a great size and you have everything you need in the draws for you to cook and drink. We cooked every day and the kitchen was perfect with a large fridge and separate freezer.There is a large tv in the living room with netflix and speakers which was good to have.The area itself is lovely, issigeac is only 5 minutes drive away and there are lots of bars and restaurants even tho it is a small village. It also has a park, tennis courts and a small astro turf pitch for football which was very handy.Bergerac is just over 20 minutes drive and that is also a lovely town with more bars and restaurants.There aren’t many properties near the villa so it is a lovely private spot to holiday in.The property and the location are brilliant and we would definitely stay there again, in fact we intend to!

Magnifique villa
Très belle maison avec de très beaux extérieurs. La piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus.
L’endroit est extrêmement calme, idéal pour se ressourcer.
L’accueil par Sandrine était top!
Nous vous recommandons cette villa pour vos prochaines vacances!

Magnifique villa et environnement
L’environnement est magnifique, le placement de la villa est très bien situer sans compter la piscine et le jacuzzi. La maison est tout équipé juste des courses sont utile donc cela facilite le séjour. L’accueil est magnifique et toujours disponible en cas de question et de petit soucis. Pour finir la vue dans le jacuzzi est magnifique est apaisant avec aucun vis à vis et dormir en toute tranquillité. Merci à Sandrine on pense à vous !

Très beau séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce havre de paix, aux prestations extraordinaires. Le panorama pour observer le coucher de soleil est exceptionnel, la piscine est grande, et le jacuzzi très sympa. Nous recommandons cet endroit à 100%.

Schitterend en luxueuze villa op prachtige lokatie
We kijken terug op een heerlijk verblijf in de villa Montaut.
Wat een schitterend huis en prachtige rustige omgeving.
De villa is uitermate geschikt voor gezelschappen tot max. 4 personen (plus één klein kind/baby), is rustig gelegen en voorzien van alle moderne comfort.
De keuken verdient zeker een extra compliment, zo’n complete en volledig uitgeruste hebben we nog niet eerder meegemaakt.
In de omgeving zijn er veel kleinere dorpjes waar in het hoogseizoen veel, vooral marches en marches gourmandes, worden georganiseerd.
Zo’n marché gourmande (of nocturne) is vaak een leuke plek om voor weinig geld lekker lokaal te eten en te drinken.
De vele “bastides” in de omgeving, dorpjes ontstaan rond een vestiging uit de late middeleeuwen, zijn zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken.
De grotere plaatsen in de omgeving, Bergerac, Perigueux en wat verder Bordeaux zijn ook de moeite waard.
Wij denken met plezier terug aan ons verblijf!

Amazing views & friendly welcome
Friendly welcome from the owners & a lovely clean villa surrounded by countryside & nice views, swimming pool & hot tub was used every day, a great place to stay for a family holiday. France Villa was excellent with our booking & always replied to my emails, thanks to france villa & the owners for a wonderful holiday. Next time we come to France we will definitely use FranceVilla again.
