- Check-in time is 3PM & Check-out time is 11AM.
- Smoking is not allowed at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Parties and events are not allowed at the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
- There is a supplement for more than 2 guests, which is €15 per person per night.
- For maintenance and safety reasons, the terrace barbecue is temporarily unavailable.
- Please ensure that a copy of your DNI/NIE/Passport is sent to us at least 24 hours prior to check-in so we can provide the necessary arrival and entry instructions, as mandated by local law.
- We are fully committed to the environment, and the town operates a door-to-door waste collection system. Recycling and proper waste separation during your stay are mandatory. Three bins are provided to separate paper, packaging, and organic waste. Trash bags should be placed outside the front door on the designated days after 8PM, as collection takes place at 10PM. Pickup times are on the refrigerator and in the check-in instructions.
