奧古斯塔蒙克萊酒店住宿推介

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Hotel PÉSSIMO. Quarto sujo, ar condicionado não funcionava bem, cheiro de cigarro no quarto, café da manhã PÉSSIMO, somente pão, café, leite e manteiga.」

「Excellent location」

「Everything was good, close to restaurants, walking distance, quiet place」

「Our room was exceptionally clean as well as the entire hotel. Staff was very friendly, super helpful and just all around GREAT! THANKS to Haley our receptionist for being so kind.」

「We were there for 3 days. We did not get any room service. We had to ask for coffee, cups, and creamer. We also did not get trash removed from the room. We also thought that the prices for breakfast items were too expensive.」

「The room was kind of a dumb for a Hyatt, broken furniture rugs stick it up in the air they only changed my towels twice in 2 weeks and came in to clean once. The staff was great aren't you at the front desk was wonderful and so were the two Ashley's at the bar.」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」

「Good!」

「Staff were friendly, clean common areas. Definitely will return.」

「Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left.」

「It's a busy area but Rhonda and Dana made me feel welcome and assured me it was a great place to stay, it was. They were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Answering all my questions and offering a few suggestions. Lot's of everything you need in the area. The room was clean and quiet. Just what I needed on a long road trip. Thanks and see you next time.」

「Disgusting hotel」
