Beautiful house in quaint village

The property is lovely. Big rooms, two toilets, plenty of space. Two outdoor terraces and beautiful views of lavender fields from the house. Cannot fault the house at all. Montclus itself is very wevery day

Wat een fantastische plek! Je hoopt dat je vakantiehuis er zo uitziet, maar als dat in werkelijkheid ook zo is, dan ben je een gelukkig mens. Prachtig huis, in een prachtig dorp. We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen en kregen een korte rondleiding. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien: goede bedden, fijne keuken, ontzettend goede WiFi, tuinmeubilair. Alles was meer dan aanwezig. Op een dag ging de vaatwasser stuk, na 2 uur stond de eigenaresse al op de stoep met een monteur. Fantastisch! Het dorpje Montclus is geweldig mooi. Heel rustig. De omgeving is erg leuk, we hebben verschillende uitstapjes gemaakt naar marktjes - Goudargues en Barjac -, naar Gorges de l’Ardeche, Avignon etc. Alle tips en wegenkaarten zijn al in het huis aanwezig, net als barbecuebenodigheden als aanmaakblokjes en houtskool. Kortom; fantastisch huis, geweldige host en een prachtige omgeving!

Over het algemeen een fijne ervaring. Het huis ligt in een rustige omgeving, wat we waardeerden, en het had alles wat we nodig hadden voor ons verblijf. Het uitzicht vanuit het keukenraam was prachtig, vooral de lavendelvelden. Een paar kleine dingen hadden beter gekund, zoals de wifi-snelheid in sommige kamers, maar niets dat onze reis verpestte. We vonden de nabijheid van Vallon Pont d'Arc erg prettig voor dagtochten.

Keurig huis in een mooi dorp en mooie omgeving. het huis is ruim en netjes. Goede voorzieningen, prima bedden, goede bank enz. Het interieur is landelijk en erg netjes. Het huis is een beetje donker en dat is opgevangen door alles keurig wit te stucken. Dat laatste maakt het wel een beetje steriel. er is een fijn terras maar houdt er rekening mee dat het uitsluitend uitzicht biedt op de muur van het huis er tegenover. In het dorp geen bakker wat wij uiteindelijk toch wel een gemis vonden als je dan toch in een dorp zit. De kwaliteit van het huis maakte dat deels weer goed.

Perfekt restauriertes Steinhaus im historischen Dorf - Montclus ist ein vollständig erhaltener Burgweiher am Ufer des Flüsschens Ceze. In der Saison gibt es jeden Dienstag einen Markt mit regionalen Produkten. Die Burgruine kann man besichtigen, gelegentlich finden dort kulturelle Veranstaltungen statt. - Das Haus - mit schönem Ausblick über das Umland - verfügt über 3 vollwertige Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten, ein Duschbad, 2 separate WC, Küche, großes Wohnzimmer, eine überdachte Terrasse und eine Sonnenterrasse, 2 Pkw-Stellplätze auf dem Grundstück. Das Ufer der Ceze mit sehr schönen Badeplätzen ist kaum 300 m entfernt und lockt jederzeit zu einem erfrischenden Bad. Montclus liegt ruhig und kennt keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Dennoch sind Sehenswürdigkeiten und Naturschönheiten schnell zu erreichen (Ardeche 20 km, Pont du Gard 50 km ...)

Das zweite Jahr, in dem wir dort ankamen, und wir können unseren Rückblick vom letzten Jahr nur bestätigen: mit einem Wort: fantastisch. Das Wifi "Problem" ist auch gelöst, es gibt jetzt kostenloses Wifi im Dorf, leider war während unseres Aufenthalts etwas mit dem Router nicht in Ordnung, aber das wäre gelöst.

het was de derde keer dat we in Montclus op vakantie kwamen en het voelde een beetje als thuiskomen. De eerste 2 keer hadden we een ander verblijf iets buiten het dorp, maar nu zaten we een beetje in een paradijs, toen we aankwamen stond een supervriendelijk Française ons op te wachten met de paraplu, het goot daar namelijk. We kregen onmiddellijk een prachtuitleg over de woning, hoe de keukentoestellen werkten, zelfs hoe we de tv moesten aan- en uitzetten, over Montclus en omgeving, waar het best winkelen was, de bezienswaardigheden in de nabije en iets verdere omgeving, kortom een prachtige gastvrouw. Het is een zeer ruime mooie woning met 2 aparte toiletten en 3 grote slaapkamers en een zeer ruime badkamer, volledig ingerichte keuken. Het enige tekort in deze woning, in onze ogen althans, is er is geen wifi en dat mocht er heden ten dage toch wel zijn. Het is een aanrader voor iedereen die natuurliefhebber, gevorderde fietser, wandelaar is. In Montclus zelf is er niet zoveel te beleven, alhoewel je hier zeer snel uitgenodigd wordt om een spelletje petanque mee te spelen als je staat te kijken. Zeer vriendelijke inwoners die je zeker niet beschouwen als een toerist maar als één van de hunne en je voelt je daar al snel thuis. Wij gaan zeker, nog eens, terug.

heel sympathieke gastvrouw, rondleiding in dorp door gastvrouw. Gezellig dorpje, dichtbij rivier met strand, 2 restaurants in de buurt, goede verbinding naar andere steden. Huis ruim genoeg voor gezin met 2 kindjes, alle nodige voorzieningen aanwezig, terras om buiten te ontbijten, dichtstbijzijnde winkels op ongeveer 10 km afstand, bakker komt wel elke dag langs (op dorpsplein).
