Cèze Valley: Pool & Nature

This recently built 90 m² holiday home (2018) sits on a generous 1500 m² plot in Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis, offering a private swimming pool and a peaceful terrace for relaxing evenings. Perfect for families or friends, the house opens onto a pergola-shaded outdoor dining area and a sunlit garden. Inside, the spacious living room connects seamlessly to the terrace and pool, and features a wireless TV and cozy seating. Located in the heart of the Cèze Valley between Goudargues and Montclus, this nature-lover’s paradise is surrounded by forests, lavender fields, and charming medieval villages like La Roque-sur-Cèze, Aiguèze, and Lussan. Enjoy swimming in the river, canoeing, hiking, or cycling up Mont Ventoux. The Mediterranean beaches at Grau du Roi are just 90 minutes away, and cultural gems like Uzès, Nîmes, and Avignon are within an hour’s drive. The home includes comfortable bedrooms with new bedding, a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious bathrooms with a washing machine. WiFi is available via the town hall’s network next door. Shops, restaurants, and medical services are just 3 km away in Goudargues. Pets are welcome, and there’s parking for two cars. This tranquil retreat is your gateway to the best of southern France.
