「Staff was very friendly and helpful, the property was clean and breakfast was good every morning. Location was good and within walking distance of most of the attractions of the city.」

「The breakfast is great 」

「great breakfast service and food. Excellent location to nearby attractions.」

「The Quintocanto hotel was perfectly located for us. It lived up to its great reviews from other travellers. The front desk staff were helpful. We also ate at the associated restaurant Gusto next door and very much enjoyed it.」

「My WARNING to travelers. Do NOT book here. I found the entire process to be unethical and not trustworthy. So yourself a favor and book somewhere else.」

「The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication.」

「Our stay was excellent and the Room we had selected was perfect for our needs, basically a large apartment. Location was simply amazing, with a spectacular view from the balcony of the Teatro, we even got to witness the Italian President arrive for a private event from the balcony while we were there which was really cool to say the least. Located just above a lovely cafe with all we could ask for coffee and a cornetto in the morning, drinks in the afternoon and a late night gelato if we wanted....

「Very quirky and colourful. whole area was very different. Great location. Our room was very close to next property and our window very close to outdoor terrace of that property. Due to this and city location, there was some noise on the evening/night. Not a criticism of the rooms but something to bear in mind if you are looking for peaceful, quiet stay」
