“Das alte Gebäude versprüht einen beeindruckenden Charme. Dennoch ist es modern und gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist eine äußerst freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Person. Nach Verona und zum Gardasee ist es nicht weit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unser kleiner Hund war da perfekt aufgehoben. Ideal. Wir kommen grrne wieder.”

“Die Villa Beatrice ist an wunderschöner Lage, ca. 8 km oberhalb Verona mit einem grossen, gepflegten Garten und einem tollen Pool,der für Erfrischung sorgt. Beste Infrastruktur für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Gastgeber Simone Cosinelli ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Jeder Zeit zu empfehlen!”

“Loved waking up to stunning views every day, watching the sun rise and set, the fog roll in and out below and hearing the church bells chime the hour. Francesco has set this place up beautifully. The location is totally private but is only 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket and 20 mins from Verona. Beautiful country lanes to approach the house, close to a walking trail. Our winter stay was extremely comfortable and warm. Wish we got a chance to light the fire. Would love to return.”

“My family (6 adult, 1 18 yo, and 1 9 yo) stayed for 8 days on the property. The host Tommaso was amazing from our initial contact to reserve the Villa to the day of checkout. The Villa was clean and spacious and provided a central location for us to make day trips to Verona, Venice, Florence, and Lake Garda. Taxi service from Verona was easy to arrange, although we rented 2 cars for the week as well. I'm surprised by some of the reviews about the property being in need of updating. It was clear……

“A wonderful stay in the spacious apartment in the country, yet accessible by car or train to the sights and cities of the Veneto. Impressed with watching our host, Loretta, work the horses on the property! An extra bonus was the delicious breakfasts served outside on the patio and meeting fellow travelers.”

“Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die euganeischen Berge. Die Städte Padua, Verona und Venedig liegen gut erreichbar. Für die Naturliebhaber gibt es zu Klettern und Wandern Lumignano und die Euganei. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Verwalter Fabio, der gegenüber wohnt. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Seine Tips zur Verpflegung waren sehr wertvoll.”

“We had the honor of staying here at the end of our two week tour. Loretta is fabulous and the breakfast spread is delicious. It was great to meet the horses (be careful the youngest is a little fiesty, if his ears are back don't try and say 'Hi') . We would highly recommend! The only slight downside was the box elder bugs. Maybe some kind of traps could be used, there were quite a few. But, we understand the battle!”

“Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus. Es war groß und geräumig und wirklich geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Toll war der Kamin in der Küche, den wir viel genutzt haben.”

“We are ten friends and rented three apartments in the building. Everyone was happy! It truly does overlook the castle and is an easy walk into town for restaurants. Nadia was friendly and always available if needed. Just a few things to keep in mind: no elevator to the apartments in the upper three floors, however those apts all have balconies. Also, the internet never worked. We all agreed we would stay there again. Thank you, Nadia!”

“Wir hatte 2 Tage in Verona und die Ferienwohnung war der Perfekte Ort um von dort aus die Stadt vor allem die Altstadt zu erkunden. Mann erreicht in 10min zu Fuß die Altstadt und alles was Verona einem zu bieten hat. Sehr zentral sogar mit Privaten Parkplatz im Innenhof des Objektes.”

“Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in Brendola. Von hier aus haben wir Ausflüge zu Palladio, Tiepolo und Julia unternommen. Einkaufen im Ort, kochen in einer hellen, großen Küche und eine große Terasse zum gemeinsamen Essen-wir haben die Abende und das Frühstück sehr genossen. herzlichen Dank für das feine Feriendomizil.”

“Daniele was a great host and very easy to communicate with. His house is lovely and features his own artwork. There isn’t much nearby his house other than a couple of small cafes and pizzerias so be prepared to commute to city center for meals and such (20-30 minutes by bus). But I would definitely stay here again”

“Sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool mit Traumaussicht auf Verona. Das Morgen Buffet ist ausreichend mit frischen Produkten und ein echter Caffè oder ein Cappuccino ist kostenlos zu haben. Das Abendessen a la Cart mit kleiner Speisekarte, aber dafür hervorragendes Essen aus der Region, alles frisch zubereitet. Pasta fresca, Risotto, Polenta u.s.w... und natürlich der selbst produzierte Wein. Valpolicella Superiore ist sehr zu empfehlen.. Wir kommen wieder einmal... ”
