Casa Falcone is a spacious and beautifully restored farmhouse in traditional Marchigiano style, rented together with its charming guest cottage, La Casetta. Together, they sleep up to 14 guests (+2 infants) and offer a total of 8 bathrooms, 4 living areas, multiple terraces, and a large enclosed 12x6m child-safe pool. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the home is powered by solar energy with EV charging on-site.
The Main House – Casa Falcone
Casa Falcone combines original features—some over 200 years old—with every modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook for a group. Enjoy meals at the long farmhouse kitchen table which seats up tp 16 people or outdoors on the breezy terrace with uninterrupted panoramic views. A BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven are just steps away for perfect alfresco dining.
The house offers several comfortable living areas, including a cosy sitting room with a games area and table nearby and a separate TV/games room with table football and indoor games for occasional rainy days. The rooms are spacious with
excellent cross-ventilation to keep the space cool in summer, and underfloor heating with pellet, solar, and gas support for winter warmth.
Each bedroom in the main house has its own ensuite bathroom, plush cotton sheets, bath and pool towels, and independent air conditioning.
La Casetta – Guest Cottage
Set slightly apart for added privacy should it be required, La Casetta is ideal for extended families or friends who want their own space. The cottage and main house are always rented together. La Casetta features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living area with wood-burning stove, two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) sleeping four and two bathrooms.

The 12x6m pool is fully fenced and surrounded by flowering oleanders—designed for both safety and style—offering peace of mind for families. Relax on sun loungers or under the shade of the poolside terrace while taking in breathtaking views of medieval Montegiorgio.

The nearby hilltop village of Montegiorgio (5 km) offers all the essentials: a bakery, a weekly Friday market, three excellent restaurants, and a wine bar serving Italian cicchetti. Just a 10-minute drive brings you to additional restaurants, artisanal gelato, and takeaway pizza and pasta. Want to relax even more? We can also arrange a private chef to cook at the villa.
