「We stayed for 1 night here. The front desk staff was absolutely incredible! They did everything to accommodate my family's stay and we so much appreciated it.
The room we stayed in was comfortable and it was perfect for our group. The location is such a winner. We were able to visit the Hip Strip and do some shopping and sight seeing and were minites from the airport so we never had to rush. 「The staff was amazing Abby at the buffet always made sure we had a great place to sit and she kept out mimosas filled. And Michelle at the main pool bar was amazing! The foam parties at Reggae and Montego Bay were so much fun. This is the resort to visit if you're looking for a good time. we extended our stay because we loved this place that much. 」

「I travel often but, this was my first time booking at an all inclusive adult only resort, unfortunately, the Riu Montego Bay is overrated! If offered room 30 RUN by all means! The room is located directly over the 24 hr sports bar so sleeping is impossible, the view is obstructed, and to top it off the room has ROACHES! When we complained they sent up housekeeping with a can of insect spray and of course on the last day we saw more ROACHES so, now we have to FUMIGATE our luggage before going...
