Everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was super attentive; everyone was so welcoming! I've stayed at many resorts in JA, and I really do not like the food in the all-inclusive, but this one was top tier. My housekeeper, Natoya, was the sweetest since sliced bread. The hotel Manager, Mr. Higgins, is very courteous and welcoming! Overall, 10/10!

Our first trip to Jamaica (April 13–19) at Ocean Coral Spring was largely a great experience with one major issue. The resort is beautiful, with a grand entrance and relaxing atmosphere. Staff are friendly, though more reserved and on “island time.” We stayed in a spacious, clean suite with a comfortable bed, double-head shower, balcony swing, hot tub, and a lovely partial ocean view—perfect for peaceful mornings and evenings. Food and service were strong overall. We enjoyed Martha’s Market and the Privileged Lounge, and the butler service was excellent—attentive and accommodating. Unfortunately, our final night put a damper on the trip. During a paid dinner, a live maggot was found on the shrimp, which immediately killed our appetite for the rest of the stay. Staff handled it professionally—the chef apologized, alternatives were offered, and the charge was removed—but the incident raised concerns about food safety and overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable vacation. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with great amenities and service, but improved food handling practices are needed to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

We loved the property location and ambience. Bellhop Monyan was very nice upon arrival treated us like family. Bartender Anthony took care of us the whole time. Check in was rough only because we landed much earlier than checkin but early check in wasn’t an immediate option which left us very hot from airport arrival. Room was great, tv and safe went-out 2nd day but was fixed promptly. The beachfront is where we spent most of time, so many things to do and places to eat we will be back!!!!!

The property is big and beautiful and a lot to do and explore. The nightly entertainment was good although I went to bed early. The bartenders were very nice the food options were plenty, delightful and didn't ran out. Big up to my omelette maker in the mornings he did a great job. However I booked a dinner by the beach for my 45th birthday and when I went there was no setup and no one had a clue why my tabe wasn't set with candles and romantic lights. I was so upset I demanded a refund, the representatives only wanted to rebook for me for another day that's it??? I only turn 45 once that night was supposed to be memorable and Wonderful on top of that someone had stolen my phone earlier in the day so my entire day and night was ruined. even to offer me some sort of discount for the inconvenience I would appreciate it.That left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't know if I would return.

The property was very clean and beautiful. The room was more than I expected very spacious clean and a gorgeous view.. the staff was all friendly and very helpful, especially my butler Twayne. The entertainment was lively and fun. DJ famous knew how to keep the crowd and entertain the people very well.

All staff was polite and hospitable, The property was clean up to date nice the rooms were beautiful. I recommend the junior suite with the private pool area. So nice and quiet. Food was decent, our fav was Sakura and Jerk Hut. We worked with Daicia to book our excursions she was so sweet. I do wish more bar options were available and the drinks could be a little stronger but overall I had a great experience. I would return

This resort was everything and more! Very beautiful and clean. Doesn’t look like a hurricane just hit! Staff is always happy to see you and making sure you’re smiling at all times. Service is fast besides on the beach, had to reach out to my butler a couple of times. Lots of people complained about not having enough seating. I cannot relate to that. We never had a hard time and half of the time did not get to the water until noon. Food was our favorite part. Seafood was all so fresh and delicious! Highly recommend privilege; premium drinks, vip everything. We will be back again for sure!

The beach was a disappointment when we arrived because it was covered in seaweed. After several complaints and two days later they completely cleaned it. The water is very calm and pretty shallow. The pool is beautiful and this resort has a great layout. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

This was the perfect place for my solo getaway. The resort was beautiful and the staff were attentive and pleasant. There were plenty of amenities for all ages. Plenty of restaurant options and the food was delicious. It was easy to set up excursions to make my day as packed or minimal as I desire. My room was restocked and cleaned daily. I enjoyed the evening festivities from the live band to a silent party among others. Beautiful property and I would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t get my room until 5pm and missed out on arriving early to enjoy the beach. The shower had hair on the walls and I called to get it cleaned and it never was cleaned. The part that really disappointed me was the rudeness of the women in the gift shop and a the person that delivered my room service. I made the best of my stay but was not happy overall.

We have been to Jamaica before and stayed at the Grand Palladium. We tried the other side of the island this time. Amenities were good. They had one ping pong table, a sports bar with 2 pool tables, a children's area with slides for the younger kids, daily pool aerobics/games/music. Overall good. I found it to not be very clean though. We also had to call down to the front desk EVERY evening for more towels and washcloths b/c they were only leaving 2 and we were a family of 4. It was annoying. Plus, there were 2 restaurants on property that only took RSVP. It opened up every day at 8am and you had to quickly log on to find a rsvp. It was annoying b/c the "premier" guests were able to make a rsvp whenever so the spots were all gone. The other restaurants were first come. Food was good. Overall we had fun but i wouldnt stay there again. Id go back to the Grand Palladium.

Clean room, staff weren’t very friendly at the restaurants except the hibachi place. Food was always slightly cold and waitresses had attitudes. Only nice staff was concierge. Hated how they allow people to hog sun loungers for hours without being present. People would wake up at 5am and place towels on the loungers and then not even use them until the afternoon. Beautiful resort but not a fan of the food, service or pool area
