Amazing resort! My husband and I stayed here from May 12 - 16th, 2024 and it was the best vacation we’ve had. Lots of dining options and the food is delicious at any and every resort. The buffet has lots of great food options and everything was platted beautifully. You’ll find Fresh juices and watermelon infused water at certain bars around the resort. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. There’s so much to do at this resort - bowling, sports bar, lazy river, pool, coffee shop, spa etc Our first night at the resort, there was a Michael Jackson performance in the theater room. It was great! We booked the suite with the swim out pool and it was the most amazing time. We will be returning in a few months and every year!

The staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of space. The things I didn't like were that the water didn't get very hot at all and my towels kept running low without being replaced. The housekeeper was very sweet though and kept the room clean.

This property is beautiful and quite lively. There are plenty of activities to do on the resort. Please book Privilege, as you are catered to and have access to top shelf liquor. Only con is that the resort is about 40 minutes to an hour away from Montego Bay. If you plan to do a lot of off resort activities, transfers can be expensive.

This Hotel is very beautiful. The staff is nice. I met a young lady named Toni-Ann Simms who work for guest services with the most amazing customer service ever. I encountered a few hiccups but she was always ready to assist. I am not sure how she is not one of the managers. She treat this company like her own. She helped set up my beautiful dinner on the beach. She also checked up on me the entire trip. She has 5 star customer service. The food was great. My favorite was the hibachi restaurant. You ever ate something so good that even when you are full you still keep eating. lol that good. The hotel had different activities throughout the day. We attended most and we had such a great time. They have everything you can possibly need within reach. The gym has great machines. The spa workers were amazing. My spouse and I received a couples Swedish massage. The massage was so good we instantly fell asleep. I would def recommend. #Toniforpresident I pray that Toni-Ann Simms is promoted to a higher position. She deserve it.
