“I can’t say enough about the staff at the Castle in the Sand. We had to move from another unrelated hotel in the area after a very poor experience and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. ”

“Yes we had to walk to the path to see the ocean room was clean but had very hard time figuring how to work the TV had to go to the front desk for instructions ”

“Pros: kitchen breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, a/c in room worked well. Cons: charged a 50.00 deposit i didnt know about refunded at checkout, there was 2 stains in carpet in my room and I noticed 2 towels were stained when I held up to the light . Water pressure in shower was weak. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear my neighbors next door too well”

“this was a convenient location where we could stay with our dog. Close to the beach and just a short drive to the boardwalk!”

“Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. ”

“The room was very clean and the front desk staff, Heidi was great. The bed was not the most comfortable for me, but I am very picky about a bed. The room was large and our golden retriever was welcomed by Heidi when she came in. I will definitely keep this hotel on my list of places to stay.”
