“This hotel is in a very dirty area of the city. Litter and dog mess everywhere, be wary at nighttime.The hotel itself is not great, checked in with no info at all from the lady behind the desk and that was the last I saw of anyone. No room cleaning no towels changed no toilet roll nothing. The room was very dark no natural light. There was a window that looked out on to the stairwell but I had to keep the curtain closed as people would have been looking at you in bed. Expedia should be ashamed……

“The property was well located but very outdated. The bathroom was very small and the corner shower leaked all over the floor every day. Staff was helpful and breakfast was decent.”

“Overall this was a good budget friendly option. For the price it was cery clean and the staff wre very friendly. I would clarify that the breakfast was only on the first day and only a bag of cookies and a smashed muffin. And while it is close to some areas of interest, i would make sure to get a few bus tickets if you want to venture further than the Norman palace or Palermo Cathedral. ”

“Nice attractive hotel, with good patio and garden. Very good sized rooms which were serviced daily. Comfortable large bed. The bathroom was quite small,and the shower, was tiny, and with the sticking shower door, getting in and out was a bit difficult. Any one slightly claustrophobic would not be happy especially when the door sticks. The front room could be quite noisy, early evening,as the road was clearly a cut through to avoid the chaos on the main roads. That sais we had no problems……

“This is a small independent hotel nicely located near the Palermo airport. Their free shuttle service for a 6am flight was extremely helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a super comfy mattress. And the dinner of delicious roasted pork and Sicilian wine topped off the stay. Highly recommended.”

“This was an actual working Agritourismo farm. The meals were excellent. Their wines are outstanding ( made on the property). Rooms are excellent! We will return!”

“It is a great hotel! Very spacious room and comfortable bed. It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. For us just spent two full days in beaches so no problem with a little remote from downtown. Do call the hotel to arrange pick up in the airport as the city taxi is much more expensive.”

“Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia.”

“Located 20mins from Palermo airport in a quiet neighbourhood is this lovely resort with an outdoor pool and a single tennis court. Choice of villas or rooms. Rooms were really comfortable and spacious with lovely amenities. Nice waterfall shower. The breakfast was nice - choice of cereals, extensive bakery range, fresh fruit and hot drinks. Dinner at the restaurant is a real gourmet experience with an excellent selection of wines with wonderful waiting staff. There is no direct beach access from……
