Set in the picturesque countryside of Montelupone, this charming pet-friendly holiday home accommodates up to 9 guests and is the perfect retreat for families or groups. With WiFi, modern comforts, and a peaceful location just 1 km from the town centre, the property is ideally placed for those wishing to explore the Marche region. You're only 14 km from the Adriatic Sea and within easy reach of cultural landmarks in Recanati and Macerata, offering a rich mix of heritage, coast, and nature. The home is thoughtfully designed across multiple levels, offering privacy and comfort. It features two fully equipped open kitchens, multiple living and dining areas, and five bedrooms spread across the ground floor, mezzanine, and basement, each served by its own bathroom. The spacious garden is partially fenced and includes a private pool (8x5 m, open May–October), barbecue, sun loungers, and outdoor seating. Amenities like air conditioning, a washing machine, and even bicycles (available on request) ensure a relaxing stay for all ages. Guests can explore Montelupone’s historic town centre or visit the birthplace of poet Giacomo Leopardi in Recanati. Art lovers will appreciate Macerata’s Sferisterio opera theatre. Amazing hilltop retreat

This property is fabulous! The gorgeous photos online are exactly what you will find when you arrive. King size beds, modern bathrooms and showers, and beautiful design throughout. The apartments are well stocked and the hosts think of everything to make your stay comfortable. The grounds and pool are amazing and maintained with care, and there are outdoor spaces with new furniture where you can sit and look at the panorama of gorgeous rolling hills. Best hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
