“The 180 degree view of the Tuscan countryside was worth the price all by itself. Franny was an accommodating and knowledgeable host. She worked to find a variety of shops and services for us. I would recommend this listing to anyone that can climb 3 flights of stairs, there is no elevator, but pays for the view. Two suites, modern bathrooms and kitchen.
The wine that one could get in the room was priced fairly and quite good.”

“It was a lovely apartment to base our travels around Tuscany. We were in an area with a variety of shops and restaurants. There was also a grocery store within a 9 minute walk. it was beautiful and well appointed as one would hope for in this beautiful area. The hot Jacopo was readily available to answer questions.”

“Our accommodations in montepulciano was as wonderful as the area’s scenery. The place was clean, spacious and conveniently located to the old town for our party of four and Mery, our host, provided everything we could possibly need during our two night stay. She even offered to pick us up at the bus station when we arrived. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy our lodging and montepulciano’s charms.”
