“The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day).”

“Our family of four loved our stay at this family-owned villa. It's an easy drive to Montepulciano and the surrounding region. The aesthetic of this place is on point and the apartments come with a kitchenette. Great pool and outdoor seating also. The apartments do not have AC at the time of this writing, so if you come mid summer it may be too hot. They may get it with time? Also, there is not daily cleaning or a place to do laundry at the location - just FYI. Overall, a very charming place……
