"We stayed at this hotel for two nights with another family, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
Our first room had a bathroom exhaust fan that wasn’t working. The next day, we were moved to another room, but that room had a noisy bathtub that made loud sounds whenever it was used.
We also requested housekeeping before leaving for the day and informed the front desk in advance. However, we were told that no housekeeping staff was available and that the rooms are not serviced every day. As a result, our room was not cleaned during our two-night stay. The overall cleanliness was only average and could definitely be improved.
Another issue was that our two families were assigned rooms on different floors. During check-in, the receptionist told us to ask the next day because they expected rooms together to become available. However, when we asked the following day, a different receptionist told us they could not move us unless there was a problem with one of the rooms. We were disappointed because we wanted to stay on the same floor as our family, and we had been given different information at check-in.
Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations due to the maintenance issues, lack of housekeeping, inconsistent communication, and room allocation. We hope the hotel improves these areas for future guests."
