“The physical aspect of the apartment was adequate although the bathroom facility is extremely basic, cramped, and is in need of some finishing work. Overall the comfort level is adequate however there is no noise insulation around the sleeping quarters and the sounds from the house above are immediate and sadly audible.The hours indicated as quiet time in the listing were not adhered to and late night noise made the stay very uncomfortable resulting in leaving after the first night. “Great location in Brossard. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. REM is also close. Stay was great. Would stay here again.”

“We were unable to go on this trip due to the weather (ice storm and road closures in Ontario) After offering to rebook at a later date, the host decided to not offer that and we ended up paying full price for a trip we were unable to attend. Very frustrated and disappointed. ”

“Very alarming experience. First, the host tried to get me to move somewhere else for my last three days, citing tax reasons in the province of Quebec. I refused of course. When we got home, the wifi password was not displayed and I had to text him to get it. The nail in the coffin was when my wife wanted to sleep and found out the sheets were not cleaned and had stains that looked like sperm (we took pictures as proof). This host should not be allowed to use your platform anymore.”
