“Wir hatten eine gute Woche bei Ruth im 6 Stanco. Die Wohnung in einem ungebauten Heuboden hatte Charme und einen Blick ins Grüne und die Landschaft. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen schön gestalteten Garten mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Für uns war die ruhige Lage in der Natur genau richtig zur Erholung nach den Besichtigungen der umliegenden Städte. ( Bologna, Modena, Dozza, Ravenna) Wir bedanken uns für die freundliche aufmerksame Betreuung bei Ruth und Andrea.”

“The location is so central and so fun; you can walk everywhere you might want to go, including right across the street for wonderful food, coffee, people-watching and atmosphere. The huge, antique-filled apartment is fit for for a movie setting. EVERYTHING you could possibly need is there. It truly couldn't be more perfect.”

“The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again.”

It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. ”

“The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna.”
