「The location is beautiful, the view of the church and part of the bay is a good morning wake up dreaming view.. my only complaint was the arrival… the office was close at 4 pm and nobody was answering the WhatsApp contact. 「Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. 「Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea. Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...
